superb hotel with qualified staff, i really enjoyed our stay at the shaza doha hotel. the room was well-arranged and comfy, water bottles were regularly provided. breakfast had plenty of options and the concierge service was top notch, with great recommendations from the staff.
only downside was a slight smell in the toilet and the location was a bit busy with traffic outside.

Here’s what worked – and what didn’t
The staff's hospitality is beyond exceptional! ! Their warmth truly enhances the beautiful ambiance of the hotel. A delightful treat for honeymooners with a complimentary cake was a lovely touch.
Regrettably, there was a significant misunderstanding regarding breakfast inclusion. The resolution process was somewhat frustrating and detracted from an otherwise lovely stay.

Exceptional Comfort and Warmth from the Staff
My stay was truly enhanced by the extraordinary comfort of the Deluxe King Room, particularly the wonderfully soft and supportive bed, making it a joy to unwind after a busy day. I had the privilege of experiencing impeccable service from the staff, especially Asanki at reception, whose attentiveness and genuine kindness made me feel at home instantly. The ambiance of the hotel, combined with swift Uber access to local attractions like the Souk Waqif, further contributed to a fantastic experience.

The Deluxe King Room was remarkably spacious and exuded luxury, making it a perfect retreat. Breakfast featured a variety of delicious options, and the freshly squeezed juice was a standout. Unfortunately, the hotel’s location, while close to attractions, can also be slightly noisy at night. A more extensive menu for in-room dining would enhance the overall experience. The hospitality was commendable, though some areas could use minor improvements to optimize comfort.

The Deluxe King Room exudes luxury with a beautifully soft bed that makes unwinding after a long day effortless. Its proximity to Souq Waqif and the Corniche allows for a vibrant city experience right outside the door, adding convenience to the stay.
Housekeeping service was notably slow, requiring an hour for setup after multiple requests, which can be frustrating when settling in. The breakfast offerings left much to be desired, lacking variety and depth for the premium price paid, while in-room dining needs a more extensive menu to accommodate diverse palates.

The breakfast vibe is on point with a lovely dining room and first-class service led by Asif. The suite was spacious enough for three, with huge bathrooms that made getting ready a breeze—perfect for a family vibe! Bites nearby, like Jabri and Busaba Eathai, are local gems to explore after feasting.
